My need was for rest and space from my busy world. Time to be with myself fully. I got this and a whole lot more. When you are greeted by Sharon you immediately feet like you are being meet by a friend and then when you walk into the surroundings you immediately know that you have arrived somewhere very special. I got the rest my mind and body needed, the nourishment my body craved and the space to reflect and dream. Sharon has thought of every detail and everything you need is there for you. She is also there to support you if and when you need it with some beautiful, lightly held interventions. I know I have a found a safe, magical space to retreat to and a friend to greet me when I do.
