Rev Sharon Paul
About Me
There is nothing more meaningful to me than being able to support someone when they are struggling.
I’ve been working in transformational therapy for over 20 years, working with clients from all different walks of life dealing with all kinds of problems, from healing a broken heart, recovering from trauma, overcoming loss, or needing support to make a big life change. I empathise and understand deeply, as my own life’s journey has not been without struggle and heartache.
I feel that we are moving away from therapy of the mind into more spiritual realms of counselling and healing, which connects us to our truest self and divine energy which facilitates the deepest of healing with quicker results.
I am a pragmatist, a seeker of truth with a light-hearted sense of humour and a great big loving heart. Being in the woods in nature is my favourite place to be, it feeds my soul, grounds me and connects me to the beauty of life. I am most alive when I am connected to people, whether it be deep and meaningful conversations, or just smiling at a stranger when they walk by.
My spirituality is steeped in the world's mystical teachers with Christ's love and teachings of inclusivity at the centre of my heart. I really enjoy performing ceremonies and embracing their meaning and richness in everyday life. For me, ceremony brings the sacred into the ordinary with an unseen power to transform and heal.
I fulfilled a lifelong dream in July 2021 when I was ordained as a OneSpirit Interfaith Minister responding to the changing spiritual needs of our times in service to people of all faiths and none.
No matter what you are going through or have been through, there is something in my toolbox of therapies that can help you.

My Philosophy
I believe that we are all connected by one divine spirit...to me that is God. Some of us are conscious and walk in the divine presence and others are getting there, our journey's are all differently
Those who walk through life without accepting divine love, experience more of the struggle in life rather than the beauty and fullness within it and within themselves.
It's my mission to be of service...and to show God's love to others wherever they are in life.
"If we do not transform our pain, we will always transmit it onto others".

Being in Sharon's presence is to already be blessed hugely. She radiates an extraordinary willingness to do and to be whatever it will take to improve the quality of others’ lives. Although incredibly qualified she never operates from ego and will put, as I call it, in her every act of humble service the yellow marigolds on.
